To ensure smooth and timely delivery for our customers, we have temporarily suspended accepting orders to PO Boxes and remote areas due to the ongoing Canada Post strike. For now, we are shipping all orders via UPS and Canpar to eligible addresses.

Terms of Use:

Please read our terms and conditions carefully before ordering. All sales are subject to the terms below and will govern any contract of sale that we, Thefragranceshop.ca enter into with you, the customer, and the reseller. We do both Retail and Wholesale. We have resellers all over Canada. If you wish to set up a reseller account with us, please contact us via the email form on the contact us page.
Please provide maximum information about your company. We will respond to your reseller Application within 48 hours meanwhile your account remains as a Retail Customer. Once your application is approved, you will be notified by email then you will be able to place an order on reseller price.
We provide the option to see the exact stock quantity if the reseller is buying from us on regular basis. If you don’t purchase any product via the website for 30 days, your reseller Account will get deactivated and changed to Retail Account. Payment Policy:
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Master Card, Money Order, Direct Deposit, Bank Draft and PayPal.
All items will be delivered after payment is cleared. Your order is not confirmed until we have not received payment. Although we hold stock for 24 hours after order placement but still we can’t guarantee that.
For Free Pickup, you have choice to pay when you come to collect your order at our store. We ship to confirm address only meaning same as billing address.

Placing an order:

We accept orders from Canada and USA only at the moment. We only ships to confirm address. Stock levels shown on the web site are for guidance only and are based upon the stock at our supplier’s warehouse, not our retail premises.
Goods advertised on our web store may be priced differently to the ones in store. If you place your order on the internet the web store price will apply. If you place your order at one of our stores the price you pay will be the price advertised at the store. If there is a large difference between the prices it may be that there has been a sudden change in supplier pricing or the item is not identical.
The price of goods on our web site is shown excluding Taxes. All Canadian customers will be charged tax at the current rate on all sales. Delivery costs are shown at the end of the order.
We reserve the right not to supply goods and services to any individual or company.

Shipment Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for this package, as we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that may occur during transit only. Please note that this insurance covers the package only up to the point of delivery and does not cover theft from the property. Additionally, it applies exclusively to residential addresses and does not cover commercial locations.
Coupon Restrictions:
The coupon code's value can only be applied during the checkout process. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to issue a refund for the coupon code. However, we can provide a credit to your account which can be used towards your next purchase. Please be aware that all coupons have an expiry date, and we will ensure that it is valid when you notify us. No exceptions.

Order Value Exceeds $1000:

If your order total exceeds $1000, we require a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the customer refuses to provide it. No exceptions.


Return of Goods:
We accept goods on unopened items.
We do not offer goods on a testing basis. 
We only accept return if item is unopened 
If for any reason it is necessary to return goods to us then you must ensure that you follow the following procedure 
1. Contact the Web Sales team at 905-830-4343 stating your name, address, order reference number, item and description of the fault.
2. If your item is accepted for return you will be issued an RMA Number and we ask you to put a copy of the email we send you in the box with the item to return. 

3. Bring the item into our store (if you are in the area) or return the item to us at the given address . Do not write or mark anything on the original packaging.
4. These items will be replaced as soon as they are inspected and sent out to you as soon as possible or a credit offered.

 

Shipmetn Insurance: 
Insurance is automatically added during checkout, depending on your order's value. It's highly recommended to opt for insurance to safeguard against accidents, loss, or theft of your order. Please note that "The Fragrance Shop" cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage if insurance is not taken.
